Ah rap music. The bane of my existence. Music is a form of philosophy. It clothes my Mercy identity with a Teacher theory. It gives meaning to where I am right now. But, the problem with philosophy is that it makes me feel OK about where I am right now. Isn’t it better to clothe my identity with a Teacher theory that kicks me in the rear end and moves me to someplace better? But, that hurts! Of course! The boot in the rear is called ‘sin’ and the moving to someplace better is called ‘salvation’.

This equating of beauty with truth often seems to show up in the writing of the philosophers. I suggest that it is because two subconscious processes are happening within the mind of the Facilitator he is tending to equate the two:
    1) A search for truth: Facilitator strategy needs stability within which he can blend. This stability is provided in the right hemisphere by Perceiver thought. Therefore, when the philosopher looks for internal clarity, he is unknowingly programmed his internal Perceiver world.
    2) The formation of internal order: As these ‘clarified’ nuggets of Perceiver stability accumulate within the mind of the Facilitator, subconscious Teacher strategy feels driven to assemble them into a general structure. But, when Teacher emotions are added to Perceiver objects, this produces a feeling of beauty.
Because truth leads to beauty in the mind of the Facilitator, he tends to feel that truth is beauty, but truth is the brick, whereas beauty is the piece of art that is constructed out of the pile of bricks.

Orbitofrontal Cortex: Teacher and Mercy, or Exhorter? I say Teacher and Mercy, my brother Lane says Exhorter. These concepts are similar because Exhorter actually combines Teacher and Mercy.
However, Teacher and Mercy are concerned with developing internal content, whereas Exhorter strategy uses this mental content. My focus has always been upon developing the mind, whereas Lane is better at describing it. Thus, I think that he is missing an important stage in mental operation by skipping directly to Exhorter thought and not realizing that Teacher and Mercy strategy lay the foundation for Exhorter excitement, drive and energy.
On a related note, he suggests that sensory information goes to Exhorter strategy because ‘highly integrated sensory information goes to the orbitoFrontal cortex.’ But, highly integrated sensory information is not the same as direct sensory information. This is like saying that Grade 12 is the entry level for school because ‘highly trained students’ enter there.
However, if you replace Exhorter with Teacher and Mercy in the model, and say that both low level and high level sensory information enters Teacher and Mercy thought, then I think that a lot of modeling problems clear up.
    Enough technicalities.
